The children didn't let the rain dampen their enthusiasm in the rain - a big thank you to all of our families who braved the conditions - we still all had a fantastic afternoon.

We had so many interesting things to hear about today. Adrianna has been to see the Terracotta Army Exhibition in Liverpool and told us about the Emperor who thought that he could live forever by drinking mercury - unfortunately this was not the case ! We also heard about the latest success of our table football superstar Ruby who won her tournament in Ireland. Harri showed his bird spotting book - he is already so knowledgable and it is wonderful to see children so enthusiastic about learning about the world around them. Charlotte had a mammoth trek to the summit of Snowdon (and back down again!) Finlay showed off his artistic talents by bringing in his sketch book - the wolf picture is very realistic! Martha had drawn a beautiful Princess carriage - I wonder if they will use it for the Royal Wedding, Mattie brought in some tadpoles to show everybody and Dylan proudly showed the trophy he won for throwing.
